Returns are welcomed for a refund, within 15 days of receipt, unused and tags attached. We do not accept returns if products are bought through any source other than trishscully.com. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE OR ORIGINAL PACKING LIST.
If you need to return an item, you may initiate the process by clicking here. Please note that in the event of a return, a $15 fee will be deducted to cover the cost of your return label & restocking fees.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service via. email at info@trishscully.com or on live chat, M-F 9AM-5PM PST.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT send your return back to us with a signature required. We cannot send our team to the post office to collect your package. If you send your package with signature required, your credit or refund will not be processed.

FEDEX GROUND SHIPPING IS $12.00. FEDEX 2-DAY EXPRESS IS $19.99. FEDEX OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IS $40. THESE RATES APPLY TO ANYWHERE IN THE CONTINENTAL US. EXPRESS SHIPPING CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOX, PHYSICAL ADDRESSES ARE NEEDED.
ALASKA & HAWAII ORDERS SHIP 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A RATE OF $34.99.
ORDERS TO CANADA, MEXICO, SINGAPORE, IRELAND AND HONG KONG SHIP 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A RATE OF $34.99 NOT INCLUDING DUTIES AND TAXES.
UK ORDERS SHIP 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR $15. AUSTRALIA ORDERS SHIP 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR $30. DOES NOT INCLUDE DUTIES & TAXES.
ORDERS TO ANY COUNTRY NOT MENTIONED ABOVE SHIP FOR $39 NOT INCLUDING DUTIES & TAXES.
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of receipt Monday-Friday. Orders received on Saturday-Sunday will ship within 1-2 business days, with the exception of holidays. Ground shipments have a 5-7- business day average transit time. During the busy season's shipment processing can be delayed up to 4-6 business days. For items that are "pre-order", product will ship by date listed next to the product. Pre order release dates are estimates only and can ship before or after the stated date.

PRE ORDERS: Pre orders are estimated ship dates only, and can vary depending on the production process. If you have a specific event date, we advise not ordering a pre-order item and choosing something in stock.
